The Leading Hotels of the World is a hospitality collection of more than 400 luxury hotels and resorts in over 80 countries. Their website has a wealth of content about rates, offers, and hotel amenities, so much so that it was difficult for Leading Hotels to determine what types of information influence how travelers arrive to their selection.

Leading Hotels ​combined existing data from Google BigQuery with our advanced analysis techniques, using the results to make enhancements to their website and create more personalized, seamless customer experiences. By uncovering which informational content touchpoints lead to hotel bookings, Leading Hotels could prioritize amenities with higher likelihood to lead to successful bookings, and ultimately optimize conversion.

Skyhigh Networks understands the value of a strong, consistent brand and allowed us to take the moodboards in several directions. Our moodboards allow us to determine the visual direction of the website, not specific design elements within the site. Using the design of Skyhigh’s elegant yet complex proprietary software as inspiration, we worked our designs to mirror the same balance that Skyhigh achieves—cleanly consolidating information to keep users engaged while still allowing the interested to dive deep.

The Approach

Through a series of reviews, interviews, and collaborative workshops, Bounteous drove stakeholder alignment towards a reimagined corporate presence. They championed the Caesars Entertainment brand story by featuring its rich history, diverse properties, core values, and user-specific news in an easily navigable experience.


Bounteous leveraged their existing platform and software investments in AEM and Adobe Managed Services to build out the component library. By restructuring their information architecture, users can quickly find the content they want. This enhanced content flow also positions the Caesars Entertainment team with minimal maintenance.

The Results

The new site represents the Caesars brand inside and out: from the contemporary, responsive design to streamlined internal operations, Bounteous collaborated on a corporate brand experience that rounds out Caesars' content offerings and speaks effectively to key stakeholders.
